Reflections from those shaping our research culture.

The group is hugely collaborative and attracts amazing researchers. Many of our alumni have gone on to do great things in the field, and always look to come back and collaborate with us (we have a running joke that you never really leave the group). I love seeing how our group helps researchers grow. Founding the group was a real dream of mine when starting as a researcher and it has hugely influenced my career. I simply wouldn’t be doing what I do now without the group. Also the fact that everyone is very sound is a huge plus of the group. We all work on different areas but on a personal level all get on really well.
